It’s spring. Wildflowers are cropping up everywhere where I live or so it seems. These Fairy Slippers or Venus Slippers are no exception. I was so in awe the first time I looked into their little exotic faces. I saw what seemed like a silent scream coming out of the face of this flower, was it there to ward off would be predators? I’m not sure if they have predators but that is where my imagination led me.
